Returns
Ramtons will replace your ordered items if:
- The items are proven to be dead on arrival (not working due to factory fault or other)
- There are damages to the item caused by reasons other than mishandling by the final recipient
To request a replacement – kindly call +254725884197 and keep your order details at hand.
In the event of a replacement Ramtons will bear the delivery cost for the replacement portion. We will need to collect the faulty item(s), inspect the items and advise you accordingly.
If Ramtons is unable to replace an item within 7 business days from your we will refund you the total value paid in full inclusive of all delivery charges and taxes.
